Lessons
Youth from diverse backgrounds and varied skill levels participate in monthly lessons. The philosophy of lessons emphasizes fundamentals. Youth are expected to work on drills outside of lessons.

Gyms used: Wooster High School, Sparks Middle School, YWCA, Reno-Sparks Indian Colony, Ese Beck Elementary School (Fallon), and Pyramid Lake High School, Carson Middle School, and Yerington High School. |
