Jam On It has offered travel team programs to Northern Nevada and California to youth since 1991. Jam On it has developed a solid reputation of being on of the best traveling team programs in the West. "To Be The Best, You Must Play The Best" 

The primary mission of Jam On It Basketball Academy Tournament All-Star Program are to organize and administer a highly competitive "after season" basketball program for boys and girls ages 10-18.  Jam On it will provide youth the opportunity to participate in year round basketball tournaments.  The tournaments will provide valuable experience that will assist youth in excelling  in their school basketball programs.  Jam On It will also compete regionally and nationally in college showcase events which will increase the chances of youth receiving financial assistance to play college basketball.

 

Coaching:
The Academy has the reputation of having a pool of quality coaches. Coaches are well trained and follow Matt Williams' Jam On It Coaching Philosophy. Parents will have an opportunity to voice their opinion about whom their youth play for, but the ultimate decision is at Matt Williams discretion.

Team Selection:

Teams will be selected on an as needed basis. Matt Williams will make the decisions on which tournaments players will be able to attend. If two teams are taken to the same tournament, they will not be split evenly. Matt Williams will have the final say on the selection. We want to have the opportunity to win every tournament. We also want to place players where they will have success.

Playing Time:
If you play on the team that we place you on, you will play at least a quarter of the time. If you demand to play on specific teams, you will not be guaranteed playing time.
